HOW IS APV COMPENSATED FOR ITS EFFORTS?

APV's compensation is targeted to match the value of our contributions to our client's business. When our clients have superlative results, the compensation to APV is likewise superlative. While the bulk of our compensation is based on results to the client, a component of our compensation is in the form of a monthly retainer fee. This enables us to devote our scarce resources to efforts which have a long pay-back period, and also ensures that our clients are committed to developing the target region, and not just dabbling.
