WHAT IS THE DURATION OF A TYPICAL APV ENGAGEMENT WITH A CLIENT?

Most of our client engagements are goal oriented: find a sales partner or establish a set of core customers. Once this objective is complete, the APV engagement is complete and the client continues "business-as-usual" with the newly established partner or customer. Achieving this objective can take from three months to eighteen months, depending on the desired goal and the issues which must be resolved from the outset. Some clients have very specific short-term objectives, which can be achieved in a few months. Other clients have more complex needs which require careful planning and implementation, and may last from six to twelve months. Still other clients request ongoing focused help after the primary objective is completed.
