NICK KOVAC, PARTNER

Based in Tokyo, Mr. Kovac has two decades of experience focused on intellectual property licensing, sales channel and business development in North America, Japan and Asia. Mr. Kovac consistently demonstrated his ability to develop and to forge revenue generating agreements with leading North American, Japanese and Asian partners including among others Samsung, NTT, Marubeni Solutions, HP, and Ricoh. Positions held include Director of Asia-Pacifc for Borderware Technologies, a network security appliance provider, and Director of Asia Pacific for Roxio, (acquired by Sonic Solutions), a market leading consumer software solution provider.

Mr. Kovac attended high school at Konan High School in Kobe and Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Japanese. Mr. Kovac is fluent in Japanese.
